A celebration was held to celebrate a century-old South Pasadena home on Saturday, April 1.
The event welcomed about 150 guests — associates, friends and neighbors — to the 100-year-old idyllic home, which was featured in the feature film “13 Going on 30” with Jennifer Garner.
Homeowners Michael and Michele Downing were congratulated and gifted a plaque by the South Pasadena Preservation Foundation President Jim Tavares. The house was opened for attendees to enjoy its front yard, interior and back yard.
The event’s theme: “Cheers to 100 Years.”
