South Pasadena High Speech and Debate Team Members Qualify for State

On March 2, 12 South Pasadena High School students competed in the state qualifiers for the Southern California Debate League at La Cañada High School.
Three students qualified for next month’s state championship for the California High School Speech Association at Clovis North High School.
SPHS 11th graders Paige Tang and Emillio Lois qualified in Parliamentary Debate and Sam Whitman qualified in the Congressional Debate.
