HomeCommunity NewsSPMS Students Celebrate Lunar New Year Community NewsFront-Grid SPMS Students Celebrate Lunar New Year By Outlook Newspapers March 4, 2024 0 88 FacebookTwitterWhatsApp The South Pasadena Middle School Associated Student Body helped organize a performance by The Immortals, a lion dance team based in the city of Los Angeles, as part of the school’s Lunar New Year festivities on Feb. 21. Brightly-colored costumes of lions and dragons and the roaring percussive sounds of drums, gongs and cymbals filled the campus and delighted the students.
