South Pasadena Police Department Crime Report

Police responded to a robbery at Ocean Liquor in the 2000 block of Huntington Drive at 11:30 p.m. on Nov. 24. According to reports, the suspect told the employee that he was in possession of a firearm and demanded cash from the register. He successfully fled with cash stolen from the store and has not been located by police.

A residential burglary occurred in the 200 block of Camino Del Sol at 11 a.m. on Nov. 25. The suspect allegedly gained entry to the property and stole a safe.

Another home was allegedly burglarized in the 800 block of Braewood Court between 5:40 p.m. and 7:36 p.m. on Nov. 25. According to police, the suspect likely entered the home after climbing a banister to the second floor and smashing a window. Jewelry was reported missing from the residence.

These alleged crimes and incidents were reported to the South Pasadena Police Department between Tuesday, Nov. 21, and Monday, Nov. 27. Information was gathered from a weekly crime summary published by SPPD’s Crime Prevention Unit.
