Marengo Elementary PTA invited families to an evening of exploring science and engineering during the Super Science Night event on April 25.
Families registered for three classroom sessions out of the nine available science-related topics slated to be covered by volunteer speakers who are experts in their field.
Topics covered space exploration, physical and dental health, math applications, computer bots, California’s water system and static electricity.
The 200 students registered for the event also had the opportunity to visit informational tables in the auditorium to learn about radio waves, how eyes work, chemistry and morse code.
