Softball: Tigers Close Season With League Matchup

The South Pasadena High School varsity softball ended its season with a narrow 10-9 Rio Hondo League loss at Monrovia on April 25.
Natalie Kan, who had a hit, an RBI, a run and a walk at the plate, pitched a six-inning complete game with five strikeouts. Danica Stirling went 3-for-4 with a triple, two runs and an RBI, while Lucia Atencio went 2-for-4. Emma Becerra registered a double, two RBIs and two runs, while Leilah Nolasco contributed a double and a run. Talula Bearden finished with a hit and two runs, while Ava Dawson tallied a hit and a run. Adelaide Bertolina recorded a hit and a walk, while Racquel Dominguez was credited with an RBI.
The Tigers finished the campaign fourth in league with a 4-8 record (9-15 overall).
