The South Pasadena Arts Council, or SPARC, will be hosting a “sneak peek” opening of its new headquarters on Sunday, April 21, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Fremont Centre Properties.
The event will feature live music, light refreshments, a raffle and a preview of SPARC’s upcoming inaugural exhibition, opening in the new space on Wednesday, May 15, with works by artists Michael Campagna and Tucker Stilley.
The move to the Fremont Centre Properties building coincides with SPARC’s 15th anniversary of arts enrichment and advocacy in the community, marking the nonprofit organization’s first permanent home since its founding as a grassroots effort in 2009.
The new headquarters is located at 1000 Fremont Ave., Suite 120, in South Pasadena.
