Chabad of South Pasadena Hosts Passover Seder

Chabad of South Pasadena is hosting a Passover Seder on Monday, April 22.
The Seder is a ritual meal, which is traditionally held on the evening of the first night of Passover. The holiday lasts for eight days and ends the evening of April 30.
Passover is a major Jewish holiday that celebrates the Biblical story of the Jews’ escape from slavery in ancient Egypt.
The story is recounted in a Seder meal, a combination of story, food and wine which tells of the story of the exodus of the Jews from ancient Egypt.
The interactive Seder will begin at 8:15 p.m. and will include a gourmet Passover cuisine. For tickets and the location of the Seder, go to or call (626) 921-6256.

Temple Beth Israel of Highland Park and Eagle Rock will hold its Passover Seder on Tuesday, April 23, beginning at 6 p.m.
Tickets are $84 for adults and children over 13, and $40 for children 3-12.
Vegan and vegetarian meals will be served.
