The South Pasadena City Council will be having a special meeting and regularly scheduled City Council meeting in the City Council Chambers located at 1424 Mission St. on Dec. 20, at 7 p.m. The special meeting agenda will include the City Council reorganization and installation of the mayor and mayor pro tem for 2024.
