South Pasadena Middle School seventh graders attended the Pali Institute’s outdoor education program, located near Lake Arrowhead in the San Bernardino National Forest. from Nov. 10 to 12.
While attending the camp, 109 students had the opportunity to experience science and the outdoors. They chose from a variety of activities and courses including high ropes, archery, squid dissection, outdoor skills, team building, and ziplining among other exciting events.
Always a highlight for seventh graders, Pali activities help teach students skills such as communication, collaboration and problem-solving in an outdoor environment.
