Elizabeth Ann “Liz” Telleson passed away peacefully Tuesday at the age of 82.
She was a lifelong South Pasadena resident, attending both Oneonta and Lincoln elementary schools, junior high and South Pasadena High School, Class of 1958. Granny, as she was known to most, was an avid gardener, horticulturist, florist, incredible cook, traveler and fast friend who welcomed everyone to dinner. Her parties were legendary.
She is survived by her sister, Joan; her children, Becky, Eric, Carol, Howard and Melissa; sons-in-law Leo and Hal, daughter-in-law, Dawn, grandchildren Hans, Scott, Kevin, Emily, Nolan, Tyler, Caden, Olivia, Caleb and Kathryn and five great-grandchildren. Her daughter Amy preceded her in death this past November. The world will never be the same without her.
