Pasadena Pro Musica Presents “Earth”

Pasadena Pro Musica begins its 2023-24 season with a concert based on the theme of earth. This is the third in a series of performances based on the four elements of nature: water, earth, air and fire.  It will be presented on Sunday, October 22, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. at the Neighborhood Church, 301 North Orange Grove Blvd., Pasadena, CA  91103. 

The musical program contains selections of contemporary choral pieces all connected to our theme.  Featured on the program are a Scandinavian Folk song (a chant about nature), music based on the poetry of Langston Hughes, a Calypso song, modern interpretations of traditional hymns and much more.  There is certain to be something for music lovers of all ages to enjoy.  Tickets are available from our website at pasadenapromusica.org.
