Police arrested a man suspected of committing an assault near Avenue 64 and Planada Avenue at 10 p.m. on Nov. 3. The man was wanted for an alleged assault on a police officer, and was located by SPPD while he was driving. A traffic stop was conducted, and the suspect allegedly attempted to resist arrest. The man was also allegedly under the influence of alcohol.

A robbery was reported in the 1200 block of Fair Oaks Boulevard at 6:39 p.m. on Nov. 2. Reports stated that the suspect and victim simultaneously exited a Metro bus when the suspect allegedly stole a backpack from the victim’s shoulder. The suspect, a man, was located and arrested by police, and the stolen backpack was recovered from his person.

A vehicle parked in the 200 block of San Pasqual was burglarized at about 3:30 p.m. on Nov. 5. According to reports, a window of the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe was smashed and suspects stole a purse.
